Text Box: Moon was such a cute kid!
How could I not keep her?!!
In her baby picture though,
she looked like she had a short body. Her coloring along with her tremendous body capacity made her appear on the short side. She is very stylish, correct and wide. She took 1st place Senior Doe Kid at the State Fair in 4-H—2009.
Kidding History:
2010: Twin bucklings.
2011: Buck and Doe—Beautiful kids!
2012: Twin does
2013: Single buckling
Freshened with a nice snug 1st freshening udder. Long teats for hand milking. My daughter’s favorite to milk!
Second freshening—with increased capacity lost some in the fore udder. Still overall pretty nice!
Top: Moon take Reserve Grand Alpine at the State Fair—4-H 2010. Below: Moon and Grand dam Lisa County Fair—purple ribbons!
2014: X Banjo 1 buck, 1 doe, doe retained, “Moonstruck”
2015: Single live doe, (2 dead fetuses)
2016: Breeding to BlueGrass Banjo
